Mix Description

This is the song Running Out by Sun City Riot and it was mixed by me. Let me tell you a little bit about what I did to mix this song. I started with timing and tuning the vocals, they were very out of time in this song. This was difficult because once I got the lead vocal in time I had to go fix the double to match it. After that I Eqed the tracks and added compression to glue them together and bring more punch to the mix. Lastly, I added time-based effects, which included reverbs, delays, and automation. This is what brought the sections to life in the mix.
